SAVE THE DATE! May 19-May 21, 2023
The Weekend
Initiates who joined the Beta Phi chapter between 1969 - 1984 are welcome to join us for a weekend reunion. We are currently planning an agenda for the weekend, with activities at the current AOII house, which will serve as the central meeting place. Check the Agenda page; it will be updated as we get more details.
Breakfast will be provided at the house on Saturday and Sunday morning, and we're planning an informal dinner at the house on Friday evening. We'll also have several activities to choose from on Saturday - stay tuned for more information as these plans are finalized. What to pack? Think spring/summer casual. We all know how unpredictable it can be in May in B’town! Bring your reunion t-shirt from 2017 or a red shirt for our tour Saturday morning.
Accomodations
You can choose to stay at the AOII house or make your own arrangements for a hotel room (see below; we reserved a block of rooms).
Option #1: Re-live your college days & stay at the AOII House
This was lots of fun at the 2014 and 2017 reunions!
Space is limited - first come, first served
There are 104 beds available in the house. Keep in mind that half of those beds are on the top bunk and it's going to be "first come/first serve" in your room as to who gets stuck with those! :-) We do have the option of pulling the mattresses down so you can sleep on the floor. It is like returning to college days - not luxurious, but it was lots of fun for those who opted for the communal bathroom and bunks.
The house does not provide sheets, pillows, towels or hair dryers, so be sure to pack your own!
- Select HOUSE option on the RSVP page
- Specify your roomie preferences in the Comments section. (Please pre-arrange prior to registration so no one is surprised on arrival.)
Donations
We're in the process of identifying a list of needs for the house. Once we have this set up, check the Donations section of the website.
Transportation
Flying in and need a ride? Feel free to use the Blog section of this site to coordinate your travel. For example, post if you're renting a car and are willing to carpool with a sister or two at the airport on your way in, or if you are able to bring a few extra sets of sheets and towels for sisters who are flying in. Need a ride to Bloomington? Post your flight arrival time.
Hope to see you in May!!
